TERMS & CONDITIONS
*All new systems require 50% Booking fee before fitting. (refundable on application) (Unless using finance option, full payment would then be aquired through payl8er)
*All hair extensions require a 50% booking fee at consultation unless using the finance option which requires full payment through payl8er
*All Hair Toppers and custom made units must be paid for in advance before being custom made.
Please note: All custom & Bespoke made hair toppers and systems are NON refundable under any circumstances
*Please note: Once fitted we DO NOT refund hair extensions or hair systems/toppers under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons, the bespoke nature of the product & fitting.
This does not affect your rights to quality, Where the item if proved to be faulty will be repaired or replaced within sufficient time guidlines.
*We cannot give an exact quote for hair extensions or hair replacements until a thorough consultation has been carried out, prices vary on quantity length and quality of hair needed.
*If any hair is thought to be faulty this would be noticed within 3 weeks of wearing, the hair would need to be sent off to the supplying factory for testing to establish whether the fault is due to bad aftercare or a manufacturing fault, during this time we will not be responsible for supplying "temporary hair" if the fault is found with the factory we will supply new hair with no charge to the customer, we will fully rectify the problem with an exchange of hair and will fit the hair at our own expense, but under no circumstances do we offer refunds after hair has been used. If the fault is found to be bad aftercare or incorrect usage of non advised products/tools the same hair will be returned to the customer and refitted at the customers expense.
*VAT: All prices include VAT, if you require a VAT receipt please inform us at time of consultation
*If you have a medical diagnosis of a hair loss condition or a condition which causes hair loss you may qualify for zero rated VAT hair replacements, this applies to all wigs and hair systems/toppers, but does not apply to topical treatments/shampoos or maintenance appointments, you will only qualify for the hair replacement item to be VAT free, a form will be filled out upon request and ID will need to be seen, if found to be making a false declaration this is a criminal offense
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment, if less than 24 hours notice is given 50% of your appointment fee will be charged.
Please let us know if you are going to be late for your appointment, we can usually allow for a few minutes, however we may have clients after your appointment. So if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may cancel your appointment and the above cancellation terms will apply.
For all new hair colour clients, we will need to carry out a patch/sensitivity test at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Complaints and Feedback
Our priority is for you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive from us. We run a professional business so we aim to deliver the highest standards in everything we do. Complaints are rare but we take them very seriously, so we have a complaints policy and process which we follow to make sure that things are put right where needed and we can learn from your feedback.
If you are not happy with the service you receive, please tell a member of staff either before you leave the salon, or as soon as possible once you have left. We will listen to your feedback and ask any necessary questions to understand your complaint, we aim to resolve any complaints within 8 weeks. If you have already left the salon, do not go to another salon as we have the right to see exactly what the service or treatment you have received from us, looks like. If you alter your service/treatment elsewhere, we will not be able to rectify any problems and will be unable to offer any sort of resolution.
