Learn the Meshless technique developed by Emy for clients experiencing the beginning stages of hair loss, including moulding, shaping, grid design, attachment, removal and reapplication. Includes Advanced training in mesh integration for supporting clients experiencing more extensive hair loss.
All online course purchases are final.
Once an online course has been purchased, access is granted to digital training content, therefore no refunds will be given under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, failure to complete the course, personal circumstances, previous training elsewhere, or purchasing the incorrect course.
Before purchasing, students are responsible for ensuring the course is suitable for them, their experience level, and their training needs.
If you have previously trained with Elevate or purchased an Elevate course, you must contact Emy London Education before purchasing any course. This is so we can advise you properly on the most suitable training route. If you purchase without contacting us first, no refund will be issued.
Course access is for the purchaser only. Login details, videos, manuals, downloads, screenshots, screen recordings, written materials, methods, or any other course content must not be shared, copied, distributed, resold, taught, or passed on to another person.
If we believe that a student has shared login details, allowed another person to access the course, copied training material, or misused the content in any way, this will be treated as a direct breach of these terms. Access to the course will be removed immediately and no refund will be given.
All course materials, techniques, videos, written content, images, documents, and training methods remain the intellectual property of Emy London Education. Purchasing a course gives you personal access to learn the method. It does not give permission to reproduce, teach, distribute, or claim ownership of the content or methods.
Certificates, where offered, are issued only once the required work, models, or case studies have been submitted and approved by Emy London Education. Course purchase alone does not automatically guarantee certification.
A deposit or booking fee is required to secure your place on an in person training course.
Full payment must be made no later than four weeks before the course start date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, your place may be cancelled and any payments already made may be non-refundable.
If you cancel more than four weeks before the course start date, your deposit or booking fee may be refunded, minus a £200 per person administration fee.
If Emy London Education is travelling to your salon to deliver training and you cancel more than four weeks before the agreed training date, your deposit or booking fee may be refunded, minus a £200 per person administration fee, plus any travel and accommodation costs already booked or committed to for Emy and her assistant.
If you cancel within four weeks of the course start date, any money paid is non-refundable. This includes deposits, booking fees, part payments, instalments, and full course payments.
If Emy London Education is travelling to your salon and you cancel within four weeks of the agreed training date, any money paid is non-refundable. You will also remain responsible for any travel and accommodation costs already booked or committed to for Emy and her assistant, where these costs are not already covered by the payments received.
If Emy London Education cancels the course or is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, or any abnormal or unavoidable circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund of training fees paid or the option to transfer to another suitable date.
Where a course includes a kit, products, printed manuals, or training materials, these may be prepared or ordered in advance. Once prepared, dispatched, opened, used, or personalised, they cannot be refunded.
Students are responsible for bringing any required tools or materials listed before the course unless their booking specifically includes a kit.
Student Conduct
Emy London Education reserves the right to remove a student from a course, online platform, group, or in person class without refund if their behaviour is abusive, disruptive, unsafe, dishonest, or in breach of these terms.
Students must follow health and safety guidance, hygiene standards, and professional conduct expectations during all in person training.

By purchasing an online course, paying a deposit, booking an in person class, or attending training with Emy London Education, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
